Tymblocc is a productivity and time management web application designed to support individuals with ADHD, executive dysfunction, and neurodivergent needs. Tymblocc is a self-help productivity tool and is not a medical device, clinical intervention, or mental health treatment. Use of Tymblocc does not constitute a therapeutic relationship.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Tymblocc. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should have parental or guardian consent before using Tymblocc.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

We reserve the right to modify the features included in each plan with reasonable notice to users.
Pro plan subscriptions are billed automatically through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first monthly Pro subscription payment only. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of your first charge at tymblocc@gmail.com and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
The maximum refund amount is $7.00 (the cost of one monthly billing cycle) or the equivalent of 30 days of Pro access, whichever is less.
Annual plan subscriptions are non-refundable. By purchasing an annual plan, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. We strongly recommend trying the monthly plan first before committing to an annual subscription.
After the 30-day window, monthly subscription payments are also non-refundable. Partial refunds for unused time within a billing period are not available. Promo code discounts (such as FREE30) extend your free period but do not extend the refund window — the 30-day refund window begins on the date of your first actual charge.
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
Tymblocc stores your tasks, time blocks, notes, and brain dump items in a secure database (Supabase). We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising. Your data is used solely to provide you with the Tymblocc service.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing tymblocc@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Tymblocc is a productivity tool, not a medical or mental health service. Nothing in the app or on this website constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing mental health challenges, please consult a qualified healthcare professional. The app's design is informed by research and clinical knowledge but does not replace professional care.

We aim to keep Tymblocc available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any data loss or disruption caused by technical issues, third-party service outages (including Supabase, Netlify, or Stripe), or circumstances beyond our control.
All content, design, code, and branding associated with Tymblocc is owned by Sicily Owings and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of Tymblocc without written permission.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through a notice in the app. Continued use of Tymblocc after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
