I built Tymblocc because I couldn't find a planner that worked for my brain.

I'm Sicily Owings, MSW — a recovery coach, clinician, and the founder of The Recovered Leader. I work at the intersection of recovery and leadership, and I see every day how executive dysfunction, time blindness, and inattention get in the way of people living the lives they're working hard to build.

In my clinical practice I work with and assess ADHD — and I bring that expertise directly into how Tymblocc was designed. Every feature is intentional, grounded in what actually helps people build structure that sticks.
